Making a Purchase:
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our stop and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. When you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.
Not all items on our online shop are in stock and are deemed as special order. Payment for these goods is required at time of order and the goods will be ordered for you and may be delivered direct from the manufacturer. These items are marked with expected delivery lead times.
We accept all major Credit & Debit cards (excluding American Express) or you can also BACS your payment to us if required – please call for details. We will ship to anywhere in the UK mainland* and also worldwide (subject to additional carriage charges – please call or email with your specific enquiry and we can quote carriage prior to order). *PLEASE READ OUR DELIVERY INFORMATION BEFORE ORDERING.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order but does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order seperately, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. VAT Charges:
VAT is charged at the standard rate of 20% on most goods. Safety footwear is classed as zero rated and therefore VAT does not apply.

When your order is placed on our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site and are destroyed after processing your order. We are fully PCI compliant.

We source and supply only quality products from some of the UKs leading manufacturers. All goods carry standard manufacturers’ warranty. Many electrical appliance have the option for additional guarantees for additional fees. PLEASE NOTE that as we are a SMEG MAIN DEALER we can offer you a 2nd years guarantee FREE OF CHARGE.

Returns Policy:
If you are making a purchase as an individual consumer rather than as a business, you have rights to return the goods for a full refund under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. You have fourteen days starting the day after the goods are delivered to you to cancel the contract and return the goods for a full refund including outgoing delivery charges. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. You will need to let us know in writing or by email, within 14 days from the date of delivery that you wish to cancel the contract and we will then give you instructions for returning the goods. You should return them within 30 days from cancellation and we will refund you within a further 30 days from the date we receive the goods.
If you are purchasing goods for use in your business, these cancellation rights do not apply.
