Description

The Type E Cavity Tray is an innovative and approved solution designed for retrofitting into existing cavity walls with minimal disruption.

This preformed DPC cavitray allows effective damp-proofing by enabling installation into masonry walls with only one course of bricks disturbed at a time.

It’s efficient design requires removing just a few bricks, making it ideal for both small and large-scale retrofit projects.

You will also need a weep vent (one per tray).

• Brick-sized cavitrays permit progressive insertion

• Material – solid DPC polypropylene

• Positive jointing integral anticapil clip eliminates gluing, sticking or overlapping

• Shape and depth of projecting lip prevents discharge water permeating the bedding joint – an often overlooked consideration on exposed sites

• Adjustable cavity upstand accommodates cavity size 50mm to 140mm

• Easy compliance with building regulations

• 450mm long (to suiit 2 x bricks)
