The Type W Cavitray with Cavity Weep Vents offers a reliable solution for managing moisture in cavity walls, providing essential damp-proof protection.

Designed to be installed where a pitched roof or extension meets an existing cavity wall, it prevents moisture from penetrating downward. By incorporating Cavity Weep Vents, it also ensures effective water discharge, reducing the risk of structural damage caused by trapped water.

DPCs, lintel and cavity tray installations require weeps to discharge collected water from the building fabric. Ventilating of wall cavities, and enveloped construction is also necessary to avoid interstitial condensation.
